Speed governed fleet trucks are generally 65-67mph. One brand of truck has a different rear gear ratio versus another. Known as out pulling, the lower geared truck will overtake the other but unable to make the pass completely as the road levels out allowing the taller gear truck to recover. DICKHEAD SANDNIGGER/MESSKIN/IMPORTED SHITBAG refuses to back out of it and let the other truck over where it will continue to out pull and eventually walk a good ways ahead.
