I buy year old Trees at Walmart. If a tree lives a year there with those toothless niggers not watering them, pissing in the bucket, pouring their purple drank, cig butts, and shit, it’s a hardy mother fucker and will likely live after I plant it.

I've paid about $5K for a tree about that big. I wanted something that my kids could climb within a couple years. The house I'd bought at the time was on a lot that had been clear cut. It was worth it...

I forget the case name, but someone was awarded an amount more than most people pay for their houses or properties.
