I recently made some THC infused coconut oil for painful muscle spasms. I thought I would share the link for the best up-to-date decarb instructions since there are so many differing opinions on the subject.

After doing some lab testing they found that baking for 1 hour increases potency up to 30%.

I did my infusion on the stove which was a pain trying to keep at a steady temperature. I used my large baking stone in the oven for the decarb which helped keep a constant temperature. However, I also found that if you cover with foil or a lid it takes much longer for the weed itself to reach 240 degrees.

You mean you decarb for one hour at 240? I have a dry herb vaporizer so i rarely need to decarb but yes, there are so many differing opinions on how to do it, what temperature and how long.

Yes, 240 degrees for 1 hour. I put an oven thermometer inside the dish and waited for the interior temp to reach the 240 before starting the time.

I used fractionated coconut oil so it stays liquid at room temperature. Put it is a roller bottle and it works wonders on muscle issues. Not so much for nerve pain.

So many possibilities my friend, you can also make cannabutter (for brownies, soft caramels, directly on toast or even a tbls in your coffee...) or you can also make tincture for gummies, candies etc...
