Last year we celebrated with some home brewing and a dessert contest. But TOP day activities can include all sorts of celebrating and homestead-style projects.

I think if we have an entry topic focused on a specific activity it will be fun to compare the different posts.
For my part, I plan to do a tasting with the TOP day mead I've been aging for a year and post a review. I will also post a mead-brewing guide sometime before TOP day in case anyone else wants to give it a shot.
