I think we need to add a bit of predication here. God will not help him, unless this troon seeks Him out and follows him. There's accounts in the bible of eunuch's being saved by seeking Him. The story of the Ethiopian being the most noteworthy. The issue is most of these idiots are so far gone that they're incapable of realizing they need to reach out for the Father.

It's not that he's an eunuch. It's that he chose to destroy himself. He chose to be unnatural and present himself as he does. He chose to be abhorrent. War can make eunuchs, but that doesn't mean God hates them.

Forgiveness may be possible. I dunno. But it would require him resetting his every belief. Suicide seems much more likely. Even with forgiveness his human existence will be torment. As StupidBird said, no refunds.
