What do these people expect? How deranged do you have to be to think the solution is permanently removing and hurriedly re-configuring your genitals? It would be sad--and at my most empathetic, it is sad--but these people (on the whole) are so pig-headed, short-sighted, full of vitriol, and working against anything that could be considered natural, moral, or grounded in logic, it's hard as time goes on to do anything but give them the thumbs down, shrug, and stop supporting anything that caters to their twisted delusions.
