The internet. I remember hearing about this shit in the linux community in IRC on freenode more than 5 years ago. Note that anything that criticizes Bill Gates is normal in those circles. Also note that if a tree falls in the forest and you don't hear it because you're living in your moms basement doesn't mean the tree didn't fall.
