Until we can afford prosthetics and health care for every wounded veteran, we shouldn't be in the business of making any more of them beyond absolute necessity. Unless they plan to attack the US on US soil in the next five years we have no business engaging in any military actions. Iran is not going to attack us. Iraq was not going to attack us. Gudaffi was not going to attack us. Bashir Al Assad was not going to attack us (and a lot of people wanted us to go to war).
What we need is the technology for leg transplants and to take them from the morons who support these wars. You owe some people some legs.
