even if everything she says about herself is true, so what, you could say the same thing about anyone who gets any kind of body modification stuff done. But that doesn't mean you give children puberty blockers, or glorify it as special or good, nor do you get to run naked down the streets or force anyone to make accommodations for you in any way whatsoever.
