One would think the "problems having sex" part would have been obvious.
Of course "having sex" actually means "pretend this stab wound has magically become a vagina". It means 2/3 of them are adept at deluding themselves to that degree, while the remaining 1/3 aren't quite as good at playing pretend.
My theory is that no one is willing to have sex with the other 45%, ergo they dont count.
