I agree it would be better for her to be at home with her baby. Good chance her husband is also at the office and baby is at a daycare or I think the artical said something about grandma watching her. I think her disregard for the IQ has more to do with caring if her baby is happy and a good person over a smart one. I think that is the main reason for people not putting much weight to it. Also I'm sure those tests have some variance of accercy. Also I know some very high IQ people that were never Bf.
