As usual, the article/author misses the point. Traditional roles only work when the couple is on the same page. It isn't a panacea but it works when a couple decides to have a traditional family role between them. It's more than that though. The husband and wife need to be there to support each other. If both people aren't willing to do that, it won't work. Unfortunately, society has broken families and told lies about social life of families. If you're inclined to pursue such a lifestyle, it will be hard because you're bucking a trend of narcissism. Life is hard, there are no guarantees, it's not fair, just or equitable. Yet, life is satisfying, families are satisfying. If every individual simply made it their priority to build a family with hard work, all this crap about gender dysphoria, drag queen story time, white supremacy, feminism and so on would never materialize.
