2 hours should provide a reasonable range. Unless you live somewhere with low population overall, like SD, or ND or other such places.

Have you thought of a foreign import? You might find a Russian bride from the sticks willing to make a move, or from one of the Nordic countries.
I've looked at Lithuania in particular but it's hard to figure out what's legit and what's not from there
You'll have to fly out there and make a serious effort to meet someone. Maybe find a website that let's you advertise for a bride. Then go meet 3/ 4 after being them down and filtering out the fake ones. Hire an investigator to look into them before you go.
