I had no fear as a child and climbed so many trees. Now as a Mother my anxiety is honestly out of control with my boys. Thank goodness I have my husband to tell me to calm the fuck down and let then be boys.

So this is a thing now? Last summer I showed my son how to climb hardwood saplings so they bend to another. The old "ground is lava +1 point per tree if you break your arm you lose" game.

People need to let boys do their thing and stop pushing them to be docile.
