My daddy is important,
no one can take his place.
I know he loves me dearly,
When he kisses my little face.
He roughhouses his little boys,
spoils his little girls,
and if he were able
He'd give us the entire world.
Daddy always protects us,
no matter what the circumstances be.
I know he'd cross an ocean
just to save you and me.
He provides all our needs,
we never do without.
So before you think he's irrelevant
I give you this to think about.
Don't rip apart this family
and go your own way.
I need my daddy greatly,
we both need you to stay.
We have to be a family,
just the way God designed.
So get yourself together please
and don't leave my daddy behind.
