He's added $2.5 trillion or $3 trillion alone on the debt since he's been in office. I think with the roaring 20s / booming 20s (economy is on fire, but can only go for so long like the first great depression or the roaring 20s / booming 20s before that) at play here this isn't getting better any time soon. When trump said he'd have the debt gone he meant the collapse so he technically was telling the truth. The collapse into the 2nd great depression at that point. It's a great teaching moment at least for many of us and/or anyone for that matter here alone in america if not the west to as well (depending and such). Don't rely on the government at all at least.
