What is the best liquor pairing that you've found to smoke with, that is under $30 per 750ml? At Sam's Club, you can get a 1.75L bottle of E&J for $20. I have found that on the rocks, it goes exceptionally well with rubustos and Connecticut's, as well as with the harsher pipe tobacco. On the slightly more expensive end, Cedar Ridge whiskey or Woodford Reserve on more of a "special occasion" such as hosting.

I don’t smoke that often, usually out camping or shooting. Black barrel is above normal Jameson, it’s the best of their blends in my opinion. If you want something special, get Middleton rare. A very good bourbon for the value is Eagle rare, and goes well with a cigar.
