If you believe in God an Jesus and the bible, these sorts of stories are alarmist garbage. There is no tales of being sent back to the stone age in Christian religious teachings. If we were destined to suffer this fate, there would be indications of such in the word of God. There isn't. Same goes for nuclear war and mass extinction events. It's not God's plan.
