Oh, I like that idea. It was a think back in the day to turn in scalps... We didn't create that, we learned it from the savages that were doing it to us.

I agree with this.... Its bounty hunter but with the license for dead or alive.

It should be dead only. If they survive, the tax payer will have to pay their medical bills.

Alive can be allowed because you never know what can happen but it would pay a lower bounty for obvious reasons. It would have to be a sliding scale of some sort.
