Indeed I can. It may take me a bit, as it encompasses a lot. I will think on it and attempt to pare it down.
And you know what, Theo? Thank you. No one has EVER asked me such a question before irl. Not even my kids lol. I remember my mom speaking about it once she hit her late 70s. I should have listened more closely.
