>That is a very good point.

I think it is often better if our Prayers do not contain a personal request, but rather, a thought of something Good for someone we do not know.

None of us are theologians, none of us connect to God more perfectly than another. And my thoughts about what Prayer should or should not be are probably incorrect.

But I do think that one of the most important aspects about Prayer, and connecting to God, is Humility.

Never Praying for what you want, but stepping outside of yourself, and taking a moment to sincerely think about another Human, one that you may not know, and wishing them the best, in God's name.

I think that is important.>>

I highly doubt that. You come across as genuine, and I do not believe, if that is the case, there are no correct or incorrect thoughts about prayer. I take no exception with any portion of your reply to my comment. Again, thank you for leading this on Poal.

Of course!

Can I ask you for a favor?

No promises, but yes, ask away.

The other day, in , you referred to yourself as an old woman.

Can you write something about what it is like, being an old lady? A poem or a short story?

It is a perspective I will never be able to truly understand, but one I am curious about.
