Please take a moment to silence your cellphone, quiet your mind, and pray in the fashion you best see fit.

Tonight, in addition to all the Prayers we have had before, which have included many of our Family and Friends, I would suggest we take some time to Pray for those who may be forgotten.

In all of our lives, we all have one person who may be alone right now, a person who functions as an occasional afterthought, a person who, due to age, or lack of social skills, or sheer random chance, ended up mostly alone, in whatever their current predicament is.

Let's Pray for them, and more importantly, let's have the humility and courage to call them, spend time with them, and let them know they have not been forgotten.

Additionally, has selected this passage, for us to think and pray upon.

Mathew 11:28

"Come to me, all you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest."

In this verse, Jesus extends an open invitation to everyone who feels overwhelmed by life's challenges. He recognizes the burdens we carry and offers a solution of rest in Him. This isn't just physical rest but a deep, spiritual rejuvenation. When you're feeling exhausted, take a moment to pause and turn your thoughts to Jesus. Set aside time each day for prayer or meditation, allowing His peace to fill your heart. Remember that you don't have to carry your burdens alone.

Let us Pray.
