I've felt like that a lot too. I try to remember to not hold people to my unspoken expectations. My issue was I wanted to be involved in stuff, and decisions, solve the problem. Now I try to appreciate others' efforts and that I don't have to be involved in their decisions. Maybe they just wanted me to listen while they sort themself out. That frees up time for working on my inner spiritual stuff now too, going slowly since it's not a competition.
You brought a prayer night to this site and that was a great idea to do for those who need prayers, those willing to pray for and with others, and for those starting on the spiritual path who get reminders to take time in the week for prayer.
My issue was I wanted to be involved in stuff, and decisions, solve the problem.
It is kind of trite, but my spiritual advisor told me that no matter how much you plan and wish and attempt to force the future you want, it just won't end up that way, no matter what.
It doesn't mean that we are failing or going in the wrong direction when the future doesn't meet our vision, it is just a reminder that we aren't God, and we should do our best, enjoying this ride we can't ever control.
