Right. So the police station gave a judge's contact information to a convicted terrorist. Then the judge agreed to meet him. And of all the places to hold such a meeting - between the terrorist and the man that put him behind bars for 16 years - he holds it at his family home.

From the former insurgents own words above there was no judge involved in his journey after the trial. The police at the headquarters didn't give him the address of the retired detective inspector, or his phone number.
