I'm never there nor here
Anxious waiting in the wings
For something new to fear
Maybe a learned behavior
Things I hid in my youth
A need though some so trivial
Umbrella without boots
Hands sometime shake on family stay
Is it alcohol or pills
Maybe it's codependent
Maybe I need more thrills

Paranoid window (creaking) stares/stairs
