what is orgasm fright?
A reference to the rumor of, and potential possibility of, Donkey shows in Mexico, where apparently Americans would go to witness a Mexican girl jerk off a donkey.
I have no opinion on if this it is true or not, but I remember it being referenced in The Man Show hosted by Jimmy Kimmel on Comedy Central in the late 90's/Early 2000's.
I used to think it was just an absurd joke, but knowing what I know now, maybe not.
