Why God want us to worship him or trust him in the first place?
There is no point in worshiping God - it's a design implemented by fabricated plastic religions meant only to be used to control society.
You need to have faith that there is a power within you that makes you more than a mindless drone that this society forces you to be.
Call this power God or Steve, it don't matter, as long as you are aware of it and use it to discover your purpose in life and give you a drive to fulfill it.
What are your thoughts on the bad force inside of everyone that allows you to hurt other people?
Hurting people is not always a bad thing, some people deserve to be hurt.
If you are referring to "criminals" and such, those are the people who have lost or never achieved connection to God and have not found their purpose in life, or have given up on it.
For them all that remains is to seek cheap thrills and intoxication as sort of fulfilment as they wait around to die.
