I hate mornings.
Quit drinking and cut sugar and the fog goes away.
My body is sore when I wake up most of the time. Then I move around and it goes away. The brain fog happens sometimes when I wake up slightly dehydrated.

I assume it's from eating too much over the Holiday. But yeah my brain is super foggy yesterday and today.
No, I do not. I don't think that's normal. As others have suggested, you should probably check what you're putting into your body and maybe eliminate/replace some of it with healthier options. By healthier options, I of course mean animal foods like beef, pork, eggs, maybe chicken, and not any plant-based shit.
