Select All, then select New, this way you will get continuous updates of the messages and do not have to click reload at all. Hands-free reload.

it autoloads new posts as well and scrolls down. that works quite well i think, maybe it depends on the load of the server. i am currently using it and it works ok. it also refreshes the reply/comment counter, but it is not reloading that list I think
