Lots of nursing homes are already so poorly staffed that many of the neediest residents end up in hospital from laying flat on their backs in their own shit and urine for entire days and nights, to the point that they develop muscle to sometimes bone deep bed sores. Joe Biden, however, really cares about their well-being and in no way is motivated to fulfill some twisted agenda at the expense of adequate care and people’s livelihoods as they already live paycheck to paycheck.

Quite honestly most people go to the hospital way too much.
Most hospital treatment is bullshit.
One thing most people don't realize is that hospitals are a locally protected monopoly.
Local officials must ALLOW a new hospital to be built and if the existing one says it will take too much of their business away and weakened their ability to provide emergency support then they won't allow the competition.
This is why hospitals can charge wahtever they want and better competition isn't built.
That hospital approval thing is called something specific but I can't remember what.
