I guess they must be incredibly busy because it took them 11 months to confirm that they had received my request. And, it's been way over a year now, and nothing. Thank God I didn't need the papers in an emergency. Here's the deal, VA. Get me my discharge papers, and I'll consider reading your damn letter.
