They are defective: - mRNA injection leaves the injection site, but should not. If the injection was meant to circulate they would not administer to deltoid muscle. - antigen is supposed to be anchored to cells but it escapes into the blood stream (includes J&J and AZ) These are pretty serious technical flaws.
