Those people who received the antibody treatment by 'accident' need to sue the county Health Department. They won't have immunity because they did not administer the vaccine. Any good lawyer would be able to argue that since the patients did not receive the vaccine, the blanket immunity does not apply to this situation. This is medical malpractice and needs to be punished. Those who administered the wrong injection need to be suspended from practice while the situation is investigated and they need to be audited for other malpractice events.
