A bulk of it's economy isn't focused on indoor dining though. If anything, a small fraction of it is dining.
Yeah. Even the article kind of states that. The service industry is there to service people. In this case, people in other industries. I don't want to see new yorkers fleeing to other parts of the country to work from home. When they do they'll take their political beliefs with them and destroy the new areas, just like a swarm of locusts. Maybe that's part of the plan.
They're already doing that, although they're mostly going to NJ and CT, which are both fucked as bad as NY.
