It should have been absolutely obvious to anyone who was paying attention that China was lying about their numbers. It was obvious that the WHO was full of shit. The only way to possibly be fooled would be to solely rely on official reports, the WHO, and to ignore absolutely what China was doing in response and the information that was not coming from official channels.
