Hydroxychloroquine is said to be effective in combating those infected with the Wuhan coronavirus. It’s an anti-malarial drug. If successful, and it looks like it is—then this will be a good stopgap until we get a vaccine made. It will also greatly accelerate the timeframe in which all of us can return to our daily routines.
