See that is asking for things to be back from the dead. Poal isn't going to be down so there for it cannot be brought back. I can make a global sticky stating I pooped my pants and AOU can support that message but it can't be about the site being down.

Poal doesn't need to go down, you just need to say it may, and the reasoning behind it is because you pooped your pants.

I can't joke about Poal going down, that would be taking things too far. If I were to joke about that then in the event that it actually needed to happen it could be a boy who cried wolf situation.
