If you check the Chinese Lawyer video I posted earlier, you'll understand why Wuhan citizens are so pissed about how poorly the outbreak has been handled by local authorities. Of course it doesn't justify that despicable act. Nothing can justify what these assholes did. But it shows that some people are simply natural born jerks. They will burn in hell, if they aren't already caught and severely punished.
