Actually, its a pretty good tip for most videos. You can safely play most content at 150% speed to get through it faster while not losing much information from the video.
I tend to do it a lot on technical videos where I swear to fucking god they talk like they are explaining shit to African nigger children.

I like to watch at normal, human speed to fully enjoy the production as well as the content. I'm not in a rush and I want to appreciate the work that goes into the content creation. No need for me to condense life down any further than it already is. I'll stick with 1x playback.
