It's all about recovery time, bruh.
Those of you healthy enough to do so have hopefully been knocking out at least one pull up and one pushup. Those of you with injuries have hopefully been letting yourselves rest and recover.
A good few of you understand that this is an opportunity to stop tossing out excuses regarding exercise that leave you to believe that there are external reasons preventing you from accomplishing a single push up and a single pull up.
Exercise, is like anything you willingly do. You choose to do it, or you choose not to. As always, @Native's continued diligence in daily posting despite the outages of voat and cross posting to poal's redpill sub is an incredible example of the locus rule. Once again, I wanna thank @clamhurt_legbeard for prompting the sub to meet this particular challenge.
As always, the only challenge for you is to perform one push up and one pull up this day. If you're injured or recovering from an injury, prioritize healing. No need to injury yourself further, but if you're otherwise physically capable, the goal is to stop rationalizing not exercising and simply do one push up and on pull up. That's it.
Discussion of biological, economic, and political sexual strategy, in a culture increasingly lacking a positive identity for men, with a focus on self-actualization.
