This ddos thing on voat is pretty annoying, but despite that here's Sundays posting.
That's right. We're almost at thirty days now. @Native's taking the weekend off on the posting, but you guys are only being challenged to perform one pushup and one pull up. Simple and easy you can include it into your morning warm ups, like I do. Thank @clamhurt_legbeard for starting this one.
As before, take care of yourself (voat). You should always listen to your body when doing any exercise, even light ones like this. Pain is god's way of telling you that something is wrong. If you've had any surgery or an injury over the past few months and you're still recovering, prioritize letting your body heal first. Take care of yourselves.
And as always, if you're not seeing what you believe to be red pill content, it's likely because you're not sharing any.
