The other day I caught an ad for some drug making HIV "undetectable". A drug that doesn't cure AIDS but instead HIDES IT from other people. Dr. Jew knows what he is doing.

New plan. National HIV registry that is publically available. Already have sex offender lists so the databases are already there.
