Doing static hip flexor stretches (lunges) 10m per side a week (5 days a week). Enough?

I need much better hip flexor flexibility for some calisthenic moves including bridge (wheel pose).

Calisthenics is so much more fun and motivating than ordinary gym stuff imo. I wished I had started with it 10 years ago but it is what it is.
