Doing static hip flexor stretches (lunges) 10m per side a week (5 days a week). Enough?

I need much better hip flexor flexibility for some calisthenic moves including bridge (wheel pose).

Calisthenics is so much more fun and motivating than ordinary gym stuff imo. I wished I had started with it 10 years ago but it is what it is.

Like... any of you faggots trained (front) splits or something. What then was your protocol for hip flexors?
