Stop doing 5x5 specifically and work something into the routine. Instead of squats do split leg squats or leg extensions etc.
The problem I found with 5x5 is that I would plateau quicker than if I was just doing my own thing.
There's a good plan to move on to either here or s/fitness for Liftwaffe so maybe do a search for that on on it the subs.
Pretty much. Do max, then do 12 weeks of incremental percentage of max then at the end of 12 weeks do max again. Rinse repeat till you get sick of that then make your own plan off that
