Really getting bored with squats. Any motivation to keep that shit going doin my 5X5s. I've reloaded, took breaks, etc. but I think I need to restart my 5x5s again. Made mad newbie gains. Will say my running pace has significantly increased in speed so leg work outs are paying off tremendously

I heard an interesting strategy the other day. It was to run a 5k, then finish off with squats. It didn’t need to be large weights, but enough to really stress the balance muscles in your legs.
