Totally, (Healthy) cholesterol is important for brain health and function -(i've read something like 30% of a bodies cholesterol is found in the brain - (the rest as lining inside veins, arteries etc) as it is the substance that brain matter is made from). Statins literally block all cholesterol uptake, good and bad and as you age and brain health deteriorates you have no replacement cholesterol bc 'muh statins', just one of many vectors to make a compliant population dumber.

cholesterol is also the base of most human hormones and an important part of cell walls.
As we age we naturally produce less hormones and cells, which is why cholesterol can build up.

Interesting how drs don't tell us how we should change our eating habits to suit our age... Don't worry we have meds for that!

Ikr, totally agree, and what they also dont like to admit is that - in general - many meds can be replaced by just eating correctly with some mineral/ vitamin/ herbal supplementation and regular exercise/ healthy living.
