They hate eggs because they are literally nature's protein bomb - and absolutely great for you health. (Not the barn/cage pesticide laden grain force-fed shit), and started with the push for getting the populace off of (healthy) animal fats and (grass fed) butters etc.

Totally, (Healthy) cholesterol is important for brain health and function -(i've read something like 30% of a bodies cholesterol is found in the brain - (the rest as lining inside veins, arteries etc) as it is the substance that brain matter is made from). Statins literally block all cholesterol uptake, good and bad and as you age and brain health deteriorates you have no replacement cholesterol bc 'muh statins', just one of many vectors to make a compliant population dumber.

One of the biggest thing I've learned during lockdown season 1 was that our animal food stock is malnourished and that makes us malnourished.

Beef needs to eat grass to get its k2 which we get from it. Chickens need bugs and plants to have nutrients for its eggs. We get health problems because we started to cut corners on taking care animals.

A western view is to look after animals and take care of them. Some how we stopped doing this. It's almost like someone else's view? I wonder who?

I had a relative who owned a feed supply company, and from what I gathered it's all business and logistics. No thought toward the end-consumer; not that I heard anything egregious, but the idea you're mentioning wasn't ever touched on

When I played ice hockey my pre game meal was usually 3 raw eggs right out of the shell and some fruit and a grilled cheese sandwich with bacon on it.

I like them straight up raw still but my wife will make a special French raisin toast with berries, butter, cinnamon dusting and syrup for me with them on some Sundays.

My household only eats full fat dairy and eggs as desired. People didn't start becoming fat indolent fag slugs until (((fast food))) started showing up on every corner and filling the market shelves. Eat well and get off your butt and use your muscles.
