The first part of how you fucked up is that you let your kids have a phone/tablet/laptop/etc.
I know, it's hard. Its hard when "all of their friends...." etc. I know it's hard when you just want time to yourself.
We don't have kids yet but want them. I know I can't understand what it's like but I didn't grow up with a tablet or a cell phone. I don't see what any kid should.
Even the crazy hair freaky woman says the kids are fucked and kind of stupid. That's a shocker.
Strictly monitored is how. There is always one that has more, or the most. The parent sets the limit though, and after a certain time,(bedtime?) no phone.
