Because previous screw head designs "can be loosened or tightened in a simple manner by persons"

Whomever's brainchild this is, they should all be shot in the groin with bird shot. Repeatedly. It will take the Chinese less than three milliseconds to make a bit for your shit.

I could make a crude tool to fit that screw with some bar stock and a Dremel in just a few minutes. The real issue here is not the screw but the patent behind it. The jews have more up their sleeve with this. Wait for lawsuits to come.

Considering they operate in China, https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/BMW_Brilliance it's fair to assume that the chinks would have the specs down to the nanometer in no time.

After that, German dealers/repair shops would probably get the bits with lower lead time, not to mention cheaper, off of Alibaba. That screw head might make sense as a marketing gag on maybe a bike where they're visible. Anything else is an embarrassment to what German engineering used to be. Fuck them.

A pair of needle nose pliers will back that screw out.
